Darshan Enterprises is a clothing manufacturing and supply company providing bulk production, customized manufacturing, and Pan India delivery. All information provided on this website, including product descriptions, pricing, images, and specifications, is for general informational purposes and may be updated or modified at any time without prior notice.

By placing an order, you confirm that all information provided by you is accurate, complete, and up to date. Any incorrect or incomplete information may result in delays, cancellation, or additional charges. Orders can be cancelled only within 24 hours of order confirmation. After 24 hours, cancellation is not permitted and any advance amount paid will not be refunded.

Customization requests, including printing, embroidery, fabric selection, sizing, or design modifications, must be finalized within 24 hours of order confirmation. No changes or additional customization will be accepted after this period. All customization and additional manufacturing work will be subject to extra charges, which will be communicated in advance.

All products manufactured or supplied by Darshan Enterprises are intended for business, wholesale, or bulk use. Due to the nature of manufacturing and customization, returns and refunds are not accepted except in cases of verified manufacturing defects or incorrect items supplied, as outlined in our Return & Refund Policy.

Darshan Enterprises provides Pan India delivery. Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary depending on order quantity, customization requirements, production schedules, and logistics partners. We are not responsible for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control.

All payments made on this website are processed securely through authorized payment gateways. Darshan Enterprises does not store customers’ card or payment details. Prices are subject to change without prior notice unless confirmed in writing.

All content on this website, including text, images, logos, designs, and trademarks, is the property of Darshan Enterprises and may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, or used without prior written permission.

Darshan Enterprises shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of this website or products supplied. Our total liability, if any, shall be limited to the amount paid by the customer for the specific order.

These Terms of Use shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or related to the use of this website or services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in India.
