Return & Refund Policy – Darshan Enterprises

Darshan Enterprises is a clothing manufacturing and supply company. Due to the nature of manufacturing, bulk production, and customization, our return and refund policy is as follows.

All orders are eligible for cancellation only within 24 hours of order confirmation. Once 24 hours have passed, the order cannot be cancelled and any advance amount paid will not be refunded.

As our products involve manufacturing processes, returns are not accepted for bulk orders, customized products, printed items, embroidered items, or any order made as per customer specifications. This includes changes in size, color, fabric, design, print placement, or any customization requested by the customer.

Returns or replacements will be considered only in the case of manufacturing defects or incorrect items supplied, provided that the issue is reported within 48 hours of delivery. Customers must share clear images or videos of the issue for verification. After review and approval by our team, a replacement may be issued at our discretion. Refunds are not provided for approved replacement cases unless explicitly agreed in writing.

Products damaged due to misuse, improper handling, washing errors, or normal wear and tear are not eligible for return, replacement, or refund.

All additional charges related to printing, embroidery, special fabrics, or other manufacturing work are non-refundable.

Darshan Enterprises offers Pan India delivery, and delivery timelines may vary depending on order volume and customization requirements. Delays caused by logistics partners, natural events, or unforeseen circumstances do not qualify for returns or refunds.
